You will be part of our Compliance & Management business area, where we support an effective transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expertise in quality, safety, sustainability, and project management.

Responsibilities In Uppsala, we have a broad customer base within Life Science, allowing for varied projects of different scopes and complexities. Based on your experiences and interests, we will find suitable assignments where you can make a difference for our clients. You will manage projects in areas such as development, production, investment, or operations. The role will involve:

• Coordinating plans, managing changes and work in projects

• Driving and leading projects according to set timelines, quality, and budget

• Being responsible for the project's results before a steering group

• Managing project stakeholders and risks

• Leading and engaging your project members

Qualifications To fit into the role, you thrive in a leadership position where you can engage and lead your project members and have a solution-oriented approach. You enjoy sharing experiences and knowledge. In addition to your personal qualities, we expect you to have:

• A background in technical engineering roles

• Experience in project management/coordinating within Life Science

• Knowledge of industry laws, requirements, and guidelines

• Experience working with timelines, budgets, quality follow-up, and reporting

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Practical information This is a permanent position with a possible six-month probationary period, located at our office in Uppsala, Rapsgatan 7E. Travel may occur to our clients. Start date is by agreement.
